Canadian car question

Do vehicles in the Victoria, BC, Canada tend to rust out or stay rust free? Vancouver to be exact.
Looking at one from that area.

that they don't use road salt much there. Vancouver probably doesn't get that much snow. It's a coastal kind of a place, like Seattle. Seattlites driving in the snow have their own YouTube videos.

Coastal cars can have rust problems. If it was garaged that helps. Coastal US cars can have rust issues also if near the ocean. The salt air is rough on surfaces.
