Lou Brock, and the labor hero Curt Flood. Without Curt Flood, no baseball player would be making millions now.

...3 times against Ferguson Jenkins. '68 & '69
Cubs won one game 1-0, lost the other two 1-0 & 2-1, in 10 innings.
Same 2 pitchers, threw 56 innings & gave up 7 runs TOTAL.
Believe it or not, Jenkins had even more complete games than Gibson, 267-255.
Oh, and those games were FAST. The only game that went over 2 hours was the 10 inning game!

There was a game where a line drive fractured his leg and he still made a few more pitches,
