which I don't normally frequent (I happened to catch the thread title after clicking "Latest posts."

So I looked up the series and did you know -- you probably did -- that the Yankees only used three pitchers in the entire series???
Such a different era. There's no way in today's game that three pitchers complete a four-game series!

They included only 2/3rds of one inning from the bullpen as the 4 starters went the distance 4 times and pitched into the 9th in the 5th...
