and her partner used to bring us to these games in the early 50s. They were up close and lots of fun!

we all used to go to the nearby women's baseball games. I was just a kid and didn't really understand the game, but having a family outing where everyone was shouting and jumping up and down and eating hotdogs was very memorable.
