Paternity leave requires a player to miss at least that day’s game but no more than three days. That left Muncy on track to return for this week’s series against the San Francisco Giants at Oracle Park.

Muncy's momentum certainly made it look like he could have tagged Yaz out.

Two games left in the series. They'll play each other again in September. By that time Betts and Kershaw will be back and they will have likely added another starter.

I believe Bellinger momentarily thought he was playing center field because his rocket shoot to third base had the perfect trajectory if it was thrown from deep center field.

Sleepy Muncy knows Posey is a notoriously slow runner, and if he was playing at his regular 1st base position he would known Posey was going nowhere, and put the second out on the board; two outs with a slow poke on third base beats one out with a speedster (Yaz) on third base any day

Cody Bellinger scored the Dodgers only run, so that's got to count for something.
