Five of us old folks got a bike ride in today.

We peddled 20 miles along the Ohio River at Wheeling WV. It got up to 60 degrees but a 20-25 mph wind made it a little difficult. But it was good to get outdoors after all the

Pittsburgh area trails, the GAP trail from Pittsburgh to Cumberland and we make a trip to Ohiopyle every year.
We ride on Saturdays in the summer and usually stay within a 2 hour drive of Wheeling WV. We have done some
overnights to Xenia, Ohio and a couple other places. Xenia has 5 trails intersecting downtown at the old rail station
you could ride for days there and it is all level. The group I rode with today do our rides each Wednesday locally and
a few out of town, such as Amish Country.
