House wrens building a nest

I watched a pair of house wrens going to and fro with nesting material. After moving closer, I got these shots. Taken this morning at Lancaster County Central Park, Lancaster, PA.

My father built our concrete-block getaway cottage on weekends, with some help from friends and relatives. He was a jack-of-all-trades and was especially good at masonry and carpentry. I didn't inherit his knack for nest building.
