They're amazingly beautiful birds!
We try to leave as many plants as possible accessible to the birds and the bees. They all keep nature chugging along.

Mine have returned after a mysterious absence for several weeks.

But it looks like they have two or three successful nests nearby and I think some of the ones Im seeing now are fledglings. The juvenile males. My brother gave me that new feeder for Christmas and they really seem to like it.
