At first I thought it was a raven doing a barrel roll - which they love to do when playing around with other ravens, but I think I see multiple legs. Plus it's that time of year for them to spin webs in windows.

I think crows been traditionally hated because they are so much like us. Gregarious, smart and a bit obnoxious
