Just heard, @ 1:30 A.M.,

LOUD gaggle of geese! Would have been something to see (and photograph in front of Waning Gibbous, 98% moon) but ONLY heard them!

HECKUVA sound, ! 1:30 a.m!!! Southern MD, over river and creek.

I ever hear or see flying at night are the snow geese and another kind of white goose when they migrate which is often during cloudy and foggy conditions, otherwise they are too high up to hear but sometimes can be seen.
