BUT some geese wandered in!!!

In pic #2. The white crescent on the cheek is usually the giveaway with those guys as opposed to the Common Goldeneye which has a more round white patch. The Barrows will have a purplish head in the sunlight.

I LOVE buffleheads! Theyre just the cutest dang things. For a diver duck, they can take off of the water without a lot of space because theyre so small. Most divers need some more real estate to pull that off.
