Clemson QB Trevor Lawrence calls out fake Twitter quote praising fast food at White House

“President Trump got all our favorite foods, it was the best meal we ever had. Then we go and see the coastal elite media trashing it for not being organic vegan. We're football players, not bloggers. This was a perfect blue collar party”
Lawrence wrote on his unverified Twitter account that the words were not his.

a plate as he arrives And where he gets to where he can see the food layout, he said to the player walking in the line in front of him “What ? I thought that was a joke !”
More likely the team reaction
This whole event is in flames trumpers add gas with fake news if the guy is correct
Just admit you had the team come to celebrate immediately after their win as a pawn for your agenda

a top-flight athlete wrote that or would consider Mickey D's (cold!) "the best meal we ever had." So I assume rump believed it and retweeted.

Besides, coach Dabo S is a right winger who suggested protesters like Colin Kaepernick (?) should leave country.

Haven’t checked, but I bet where Lawrence is from went 70+% for trump. On edit, checked it was 76+%, with another 3% going for Libertarian.

9. Well, here's a video where he did say it was "awesome." Not hard for me to believe he's a trumpster.

11. So, he never said "awesome," all smiles/giggles after meeting trump? Sorry, I don't do FOX News.

Ross Taylor, assistant athletic director for Clemson football communications, told the Associated Press that Lawrence was shown the false quote on Tuesday.

“Everything that is presented in that meme is fabricated,” Taylor said.

13. A Athletic Director, probably smart enough not to want Clemson to appear like Liberty University.

He's probably a trumpster too.

I'm sorry, wouldn't be surprised if Lawrence said all of it and more to someone, maybe his dad is Archie Bunker or to Dabo. Also, wouldn't be surprised it PR people told him it didn't look good.

But coastal elite media, organic vegan, and blue collar party seem like words Trump would use and it appears he is trying too hard to sell it.
