Anyway, I was a Chiefs fan when Len Dawson was throwing to Otis Taylor, and a little guy named Ed Podolak was running rings around Raiders linebackers. An undersized linebacker named Willy Buchanan was setting a standard that few meet today.

I bought season tickets at Arrowhead Stadium two years before it was built, and have lost not one ounce of my enthusiasm for Lamar Hunt's team since.

But I moved to the PNW. Most peeps here rootin for the Chiefs this Sunday since the Hawks went down.

Never a bandwagoner. Chiefs fan in the bad and the good. I do have to say though, that the good feels so much better.

I wore my #ReppintheWest Friday and my kids told me "I go Hard" I guess that means I am a die hard Chiefs fan.

But chiefs fan for life over here on the east coast!
