I've been gifted with an iTunes card or two and I've had a pretty fun time perusing the casual gaming market. I'm about as hardcore gamer as you can get, but I do like the occasional casual game.
I love cut the rope. I love the Tin Man adventure Game Books. Angry birds is alright, Anodia is perfect, and Quell is a relaxing fun game. There are also some great tower defense games like geodefense and Plants vs Zombies (not my cup of tea, but good for the occasional boring afternoon)
But I just don't get the hidden object games..downloaded a demo for one, and its like the worst aspect of old adventure and distilling into pure where's Waldo crap. I find them almost as terrible as those zygna Facebook games. Boring. Monotonous. Kind of slimy.
Any of you like them.? What other casual games do you like?

(21,894 posts)Almost any of the match 3 games, I love those. I also have a copy of Nectaris from the Playstation store that is great for a quick round of play.
