"The Last Of Us"

Anyone else interested in this game's progress? They just released a new cutscene trailer and it's looking really good. It's by the people who made Uncharted and it uses that game's engine.

I want to see some actual game play. It has potential to be put into my gaming budget but I need to know more first. Right now I have the Firaxis Xcom game as a must buy, Borderlands 2 is already bought and Wasteland 2... Everything else has to go into the 'may buy' list or the bargain bin before purchase.
