From Wiki: For more than 30 years, Nabors has sung "Back Home Again in Indiana" with the Purdue All-American Marching Band before each Indianapolis 500. In March 2014, Nabors announced that the 2014 Indianapolis 500 would be his final appearance singing "Back Home Again in Indiana" at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, explaining that his health was limiting his ability to travel.

So we turn yet another page in life

Thank you for the many wonderful years Jim!

So long and all the best for you.

I've always thought of Jim singing as the start of summer and the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta the end of summer.

Exciting finish. And though I hate NASCAR's Busch brothers, I have to give props to Kurt for a whale of a good drive in his first Indy car race.
