In the mid 1990s I used to paraglide while living in southern Japan.

How far can you go with power? Do they make an electric (quite) motor?

2. I don't know how far they can go; the circuit they do here appears to be a 1-2 mile loop.

The motor is pretty quiet, and I can hear it (as they circle from the hangar pictured here) north toward my house.
