Did Ron Vlaar’s penalty in World Cup semi-final cross the line?

All the official cameras missed it but after Romero saves Ron Vlaar's penalty, the ball takes a funny bounce and rolls towards the goal and appears to stop on the goalline. I'm assuming the goalline technology would have called it, had it crossed the line.

Hey, I've seen it happen before!

I don't think that was shown on TV. I'm sure the refs knew and I. Looks like they were watching.

There's a second video at the Guardian site and it appears as though the rebound hits Vlaar in the shoulder which would negate whatever the ball did after that. I wouldn't swear that it touched him, but it's worth a few views and some consideration. I just now looked before hitting the reply button that others have commented noticing the same thing.
