Premier League FanFest only in Red States

Why are these FanFest events only being held in red states? It was Florida and now Tennessee.
Red states hate soccer so why are they exclusively doing these things in red states? Why not go to places like Washington or Oregon or New York or anywhere but a women hating, Black hating, anti- immigrant, trumper state?

It’s bullshit. Nashville is a very liberal city, and the fan fest has been held in Boston, Philly, NYC, DC, and Los Angeles, among other places. In fact, it’s almost exclusively been held in liberal cities with a diverse population.

Among other things, it's freezing in Seattle at the moment. It looked very pleasant in Nashville.

Where women have no bodily anatomy and the state officially thinks plane trails aka "chemtrails" are a form of federal government mind control, should not get the benefit of major sporting events. We need to stop normalizing bad actors.

Those cities are still in red states and uphold the laws of those states. There is zero difference.
Nashville still bans abortions because that is state law. Its frustrating as hell that large sports franchises talk about DEI but then do events in states that act against every value they supposedly support.
I have not seen a FanFest from any blue state so I admit I may be mistaken about it being in blue states but I stand by not rewarding red states with huge events likes this. Tired of normalizing bad actors

It leads people to believe that "red" or "blue" states are monolithic blocs, which leads to silly assertions like yours.

Red states have blue cities, Nashville being an example of such.

Soccer is huge in many red states and particularly so here in Texas. We have three major league soccer teams and many more smaller clubs. Youth soccer is a big deal here. We also have four of the largest cities in the country, and they're primarily blue.

I used to live in Frisco.
The point is I don't care. Red state is a red state. It doesn't matter how liberal a city government of Austin or Dallas is abortion is still banned. The Texas state government is still kidnapping immigrants and dropping them of in Chicago.

My point has always been the same: we should not be rewarding red state governments with major sporting events and concerts so long as they choose to oppress their citizens. Stop normalizing bad actors.
