The English Premier League is the RICHEST and most watched football league in the world. In an attempt to keep the league competitive the Premier League have rules that limit the LOSSES that clubs can make and also prevent clubs from signing huge sponsorship deals with businesses associated with their owners. Manchester City are currently the most successful team in the Premier League, having won the title for the past 4 seasons, however they have been CHARGED with 115 breaches of the rules and face a court case to determine their punishment. In advance of that court case Manchester City are SUING the Premier League for LOSS OF EARNINGS as a result of the rule limiting the amount for sponsorship deals from businesses associated with its owners. In this video I provide more details on this issue, look at the recent revenue and costs for Premier League clubs and discuss the potential impact on the future of the Premier League is Man City wins its case.

The "smart" accounting and finding all the loopholes began with "Chelski" (chelsea previously owned by russian oligarch Abramovic).

Abu Dhabi FC have taken it to a whole new level. A club who hadn't won anything for decades is suddenly winning everything with two squads in one. Their "bench" would give the starting team a run for their money.

It's a joke when they can't even fill their own stadium without resorting to "buy 1 get 3" ticket schemes but they somehow "sell out" every game (even though the empty seats are noticeable when the cameras pan to the stands). Don't get me started about their "sponsors".

Man city are the trumps of football. Insane corruption but they claim they are the victims.

The same 5 or 6 teams at the top every single year getting old. Brentford are my PL champions this year for doing the most with the least.

Some even "worse" than the PL with 1 or 2 teams always winning everything.
