there can be a huge difference in locations of even the same company, for me the Tucson airport Enterprise location was way better than several of their "neighborhood" locations. they were also good about allowing cars to go to Mexico (though the extra charges were a bit too much)

I despise automatics. I have only ever driven stick shifts, and I'm 76.

Fortunately, my life is such that I couldn't begin to tell you the last time I rented a car.

I told them repeatedly I did not want. Had to go thru multiple calls and managers to get it straightened out. Uff what a mess.. Just be careful and get everything in writing of what you want and don't want.
