Monet's Palate:Gastronomic View from Giverny Gardens

Claude Monet's love of food is examined, with segments shot in London, Paris and Giverny, France, and a look at foods he loved, including flambé duck with apple, and sailors' mussels. Actress Meryl Streep introduces the film, and food experts Alice Waters and Daniel Boulud discuss Monet's passion for art and fine cuisine.
