I miss my pop-up.

We sold our Jayco pop-up last year, because we weren't using it much and wanted to sell it before it got too old and lost all of its value. Bought a tent and went camping once, but I really miss having an RV.

I'm looking at fiberglass campers such as the Scamp and wonder if I'd like one even better than the pop-up. There would be no canvas tent to worry about, and less setting up to do. Maybe harder to tow though? I don't want more complications.

Anybody been through this? The kids are grown and gone and it would just be the two of us. Would like to do some more traveling but with the comforts of home, not setting up a tent every night!

I spent many years tent camping, all seasons. I could not use a camper due to towing a boat.
However I would like to suggest you look at an ALiner. Its a fold down hard sided camper.
Enjoy your next trip!
