I haven't read the original posts you refer to yet. It's probably unwise to venture a comment until I do.

Who said I was wise? Stephen Hawking was working on proving that we live in a Matrix and that indeed our reality is just an illusion. I believe that what I perceive as reality is just an illusion.

But to be honest that was not what I was referring to in my attempt to engage in a good faith discussion. I cannot honestly take credit.

How is it "condescending" to tell someone to judge not lest they be judged?

I am not a believer yet I have great respect for that notion because I find it humble, gentle, and appropriate. It is about as far from "condescending" as it can be. We would all do well to judge not, especially those who claim to be Christian since it also renders them not hypocrites if they judge not.

So be good enough now to support your claim.
