Too often, people who say these things go onto do exactly the opposite of what they should be doing.

Hypocrisy, thy name is religion.

It's about letting go of things you can't control so that you aren't so anxious about them.

I cannot stand when people post on social media some great thing that's happened in their lives and follow that announcement with various takes on "Blessed". As if you're telling me that an all powerful, all knowing deity just up and decided that of all of us ants on this planet that you should be particularly "blessed" today...guess the rest of us struggling today are just shit out of luck.

But, I'm not sure how you tell.
