Saying the Same Thing Multiple Times Does Not Make It True

However, it tends to make it unforgettable.

For example, everyone knows the Bible Verse John 3:16. That does not mean that it is a true statement, but everyone is familiar with it.

On the other hand, posting the same thing over and over again online is usually seen as a weak argument, if not outright spam.

That's why I try never to repeat myself in the same place.

Repeating a flawed definition does not mean you did not engage in the behavior even by the flawed definition.

what conclusion can one draw?

And if one relies on an incorrect understanding of the term, the conclusion is similarly flawed.

I've concluded that some here engage in the behavior under all offered definitions and interpretations. I've also concluded that the behavior is part of an extended group of related negative behaviors that form a pattern.

Others may draw other conclusions.

It can be effective, especially it the target doesn’t realize how the manipulator is trying to manipulate.

Hitler and Goebbels used this masterfully in Nazi Germany.
