So there were 10 possible responses, which I combined for the chart below as detailed in the table below:
(I dropped all the IDK's & NAs)
With the combined data, I added 2nd order Polynomial Trend-lines with 30-year projections:
In 2018:
>1/Week is down ~40.6% to 5.5% from its 1984 peak of 9.3%
0.5 to 1/Week is down ~41.1% to 20.5% from its 1972 peak of 34.9%
1 to 3/Month is down ~30.3% to 14.2% from its 1987 peak of 20.4%
1 or More/Year is down ~25.5% to 23.1% from its 1980 peak of 31.0%
<=1/Year or Never is at its all time high at 36.6%, up ~114% from a minimum of 17.1% in 1987
