(36,900 posts)The video mentions there are alternative treatment programs available and this guy requested, but was denied any of them. I suspect those alternatives are reserved for those people who subscribe to a faith other than Christianity. But since this guy was an atheist they forced him into a Christian program because they are too stupid to know doing so is a flagrant violation of the Constitution.

That tenet has been shown to extend down to the state level, so this guy should get his parole if other things are met.
