And finding some solace and comfort from our friends. It is a good thing to know how to ask. And when to ask. We comfort each other. I feel that if there is a god, she works through other people.

It's hard to concentrate when your heart is bleeding. When we get over the shock we will organize and work together to promote peace and lessen fear. The first step will be to neuter the NRA.

I believe this is one of the divine stepping stones to a greater awakening. (I could never say that anywhere else, but here) We as humans must be jolted out of our zombie/ostrich states to open our eyes sometimes & look at what has been right in front of us for a long time. Apparently this will shine a spotlight on quite a few of our problem areas...family turmoil, mental/emotional illness, lack of connectedness--even (or especially) in families, need for better school security, more control over who gets & keeps guns, (and if he is ex-military--I haven't heard) then whether we are creating sick killers using our tax dollars...and if we want to keep doing that.

I keep telling myself, those little angels did NOT die in vain. They will teach the country/world a lesson....because of what happened at their school.
Love to you all.

You said it all . Been struggling with this all day. Thanksgiving at my sister's, her children were asking for guns for Christmas. They're always talking about killing, than say I'm only joking. It's not a joke and saddens me deeply. They are right wing and have a different perception of the world than I do. I cry when I leave their house, what is happening. Thank you for grounding me in all of this.

We must bind together to help each other thru this senseless tragedy. Similar to 9/11, I believe this event will be the lynchpin in people connecting w/each other in a soulful way. Unlike 9/11 this is completely nonsensical, there was a concerted plan w/9/11; it was a mission. But this.....No one can understand such unnecessary violence toward children. One cannot be human & not feel the collective horror over this event. We are all one right now in our grief. IMHO this uniting of our spirits is a leap in our ascension.
