The sad fact of the matter is that the banks are able to do nearly whatever they wish regarding illegal foreclosure process, and "authorities" have known about such things as robosigning mills for over two years and done little, if nothing. OFF have joined other activist groups in marching upon the California capitol and helping get Governor Jerry Brown to sign a homeowner's bill of rights, which AFAIK take effect in the new year.
