I have no time to suffer fools....gladly or otherwise.

I have been a winner my share of the time. I have also been shot, cut, beaten, and stomped. A post by somebody who has shown no proof that he has studied what he comments about is not going to affect my life. Someone who posts a judgement about a subject he has not studied is surely a fool in my opinion.

After I was gifted with a gold membership I donated $100 to support this site so that others might have an opportunity to post their thoughts, whatever they might be, within the site's allowance's.

It never ceases to amaze me how quick some people on DU are to discount anything not mainstream. Ironic, I think.

Sad when those who seem to have a high degree of openness are so caustic when it comes to the occult. Or alternative treatment remedies. Someone had posted months ago about Cuba using homeopathy as preventative, with seemingly great results. Oh, boy, the flames were flying...

The argument in that post was that there have been posts that are anti-religion, so why is astrology tolerated, or something to that effect. Sad that some still do not realize that lack of evidence is not evidence of lack.

At any rate, I'm glad this group exists and appreciate all who contribute!
