The sooner the better
In my dreams. Should the Dems secure both houses of the Congress and get sworn in on January 3, 2025, votes of impeachment against Thomas, Kavanaugh, Barrett, Alito and any others there may be grounds that might hold up could be brought by the House, then trials conducted by the Senate, hopefully ending in a two-thirds vote of the Senate to convict, ending in removal from the court.

(340 posts)that Biden will finally agree to expand the court to thirteen. It is an easy sell...there is supposed to be one justice overseeing each federal district. There are 13 districts.
Now we come to MY hopeless dream, since that's how we're playing today.
We then tell the repukes that we will be nominating 4 new justices asap. "Ordinarily we would be fair and divide it equally, but since you guys already stole two seats, that's a nope!"
Let them scream all they want, i don't give a rat's ass.
