spiritual sickness? Over-processing? kundalini? what?
Background:
We have been MAJORLY cleaning out old energy in the House (moved in 2017 when the kids were freshman) and stuff from my past. Like throwing away my first marrige pics and videos.
Also, just got married to an amazing woman 2 weeks ago on new moon!(we've been together for over 2 years) We both have abusive pasts so finding eachother on the same spiritual/mental level is kismet, we even have all the 'dead parents' cheering us on I quit drinkiing over 9 mos ago after 10 years of being a single-mom-functional-alcoholic...and after my kids finally moved out. (MY kids have been a constant drain energetically and finacially and refuse to "get it together" - so I put them on hold for the next 6 mos so I can work on SELF My horrible youngest has even made threats on my wife and called the Sheriff on us.)
ANYWAY
So we've been moving a LOT and lots of grief and also a feeling of lightness. I am even cleaning out my room and dressers etc, whew!
Today was pretty normal, had a guy come to dump the crap from the back porch,k etc...got done abt 11, had food.
At about noon (hmmm Solstice high noon) I started having this vertigo-type feeling in my head, then it felt like somene poking my 3rd eye...literally "nionk" in my 3rd eye and right into my pineal gland...
I HAD to lay down it was so overwhelming.
no nausea, nothng else, just that dizzy/head boinnk feeling.
Took a 2 hour "nap" and maybe dreamed, but I went DEEP and hard to sleep! I remember nothing.
Woke up normal, went to the store with my wife, and as we were pullng into the driveway and I opened the garage, it hit me again... no emotional trigger or anything (maybe the empty garage?)
This time my R ear went almost numb/silent, background ringng 'far away'
my body felt odd so i put the car in park cuz I was afraid my foot would slip on the pedals.
Again, that DIZZY feeling just washed over me...
lasted a few seconds (a minute?) and then I was a little weak walking up the stairs, but normal enough the rest of the afternoon etc...
None of these happened with physical "reasons" no hunger, dehydration, migraine, etc...
