This has helped me in these trying times.

Takes one hour in a quite comfortable place.
I'm a secular humanist, but find this the most relaxing thing I have ever experienced

and heard some chanting coming from a house and stopped to listen. Got invited in and taught this meditation. That was in 1968 and have used it all of this time.
I repeat it while on my hour walk or slow jog about every other day.

Yes, has a calming effect on the mind.

Can’t believe it but I drove to a place in Queens to learn it.

Now you couldn’t get me to drive to Queens for anything.
