disturbed by dream
I dreamed that the passage of TPP allowed companies to acquire social security benefits from individuals. Clairol launched a campaign called "Your Beautiful Retirement" in which it invited women to trade their future social security benefits for $5,000 cash and $5,000 in Clairol stock. Participants also received a free makeover. I was sent to an information session on this program sponsored by Clairol so I could learn more about the program and report back to a concerned citizens group.
After the creepy session, targeting low-income women who were desperate for instant cash, I returned to the group and this is what I said:
"If we think that wealth and income disparity is a crisis now, just wait. We will all be dead in 6 years. TPP is going to cause wealth to be sucked to the top with such speed, we will all be left utterly dry. And while we are all starving to death down here, we will not trust one another, we will not help one another, and we will not be kind. It will be horror."

(17,045 posts)..the power was out for a long time in my neighborhood. Everyone on my block shared food and resources and helped each other a lot. That was encouraging. But it was also only 10 days, and stores were open and stocked.
If the world were ASAH, I would be more assured.

(5,198 posts)if we can hook into a certain timeline signal, and people are creating all kinds of futures for themselves as we speak. Perhaps this reality timeline will happen to some people, while other people are creating other more positive outcomes. A lot can happen in six years, if this was a next day or next week prediction, I think it would be more serious? These are just my thoughts to share

(273 posts)Wealth and beauty in the present traded for future security. That's not too far off from what's been happening for so long -- people being fooled into giving up future stability for the glamor of the present.
You saw the illusion for what it was and let the others know so they could try to avoid it. That there was already a group of concerned citizens tells me you weren't/aren't the only one who saw through the spell.
Creepy as hell to dream, but I see it as ultimately hopeful. People are waking up.
