With a mix of good luck, prayers, well wishes, a lot of patience, effort and good rehab place he has a very good of making a good recovery or better.
I had a trip fractured ankle (obviously way less severe!) but living alone I had to be in rehab: wheelchair, walker, cane.
For him a prosthesis, as well.
