I'm in a bit of a dark hole and would love prayers

I am struggling to get started in my new career as a salesman
I'm in a terrible amount of physical pain

I can't see my new Rheumatologist until 8-1-2024

Everyday I seem to procrastinate with work and dig myself a hole that gets deeper and deeper.

Thanks for your consideration.

... that will give you satisfaction at least. The procrastination is your enemy. Take on a US Army concept: embrace the suck. It's worked for me and I'm solid Navy.

…. how far you have traveled. You can do it. Btw I find watching pollinators working if
possible to be uplifting. Bees, native bees, bumblebees, wasps, dragon flies, syrphid flies,
Butterflies, hummingbirds, hawk months, and so many more are out there to be seen.

If you can plant a figwort and watch “the bug magic.”

I'm so sorry about the chronic pain you're in. Hang in there, and try and focus on work... I can't work, and finally gave in and now have opiates so that I can function - low dose Tramadol. It has allowed me to function, though no driving on this stuff. I don't drive anymore anyway.

Before I gave in and accepted that I had to take them, I would take two Aleve, two extra strength Tylenol, and a muscle relaxant. Just the Aleve with extra strength Tylenol helped for a bit of time. That and hot tubs, and perhaps heating pads. My extreme pain is in my joints and back.

Perhaps contact your primary and let them know what pain you're in.

Lots of love to you.
