I've not taken any advanced chemistry, but watched some small DIY experiments on youtube. Reed drops drones with instrumentation into smaller high-wind/low pressure tornados with high cloud top supercells over land??? - Just curious and trying to think outside the box of weather dynamics - thinkin' bigger...insofar as a heated up ocean feeds these streams of tropical depressions...something non-toxic but changing the dynamics involved.
