Would it be possible to reduce the power of a hurricane

by rocket or drones of many baby-sized slow-released supercooled liquid nitrogen into a warm sea water environment in which there are high spinning winds?

I've not taken any advanced chemistry, but watched some small DIY experiments on youtube. Reed drops drones with instrumentation into smaller high-wind/low pressure tornados with high cloud top supercells over land??? - Just curious and trying to think outside the box of weather dynamics - thinkin' bigger...insofar as a heated up ocean feeds these streams of tropical depressions...something non-toxic but changing the dynamics involved.
