Yes, that feast is a real thing. Invented by Pope Pius XII, a/k/a "Hitler's Pope."

Don't know if any of Jesus' other body parts rate a Holy Feast. I do remember reading somewhere that in the Middle Ages, no fewer than 42 cathedrals claimed to possess the One and Only Gen=u-wine Foreskin of Jesus.
