S7:E16 (The GOP & the Theocratic Autocracy)

This week on Across the Desk Kit talks about an amendment to Oklahoma Senate Bill 404 that would allow religious organizations to receive tax payer funding, no questions asked. And no way to enforce against wrongdoing when it comes to those funds. It is all in an effort to fund private religious schools in the state of Oklahoma. A change that is patently against the Oklahoma Constitution as it states plainly that religion should in no way be supported by tax payer money. And a change Governor Stitt will probably be sure to sign.

...as their pre-Trump idol Ronald Reagan would say.

I presume that the ACLU or other entity is gearing up to file suit on this once it becomes law? If we can get "fair" judges, and I guess that is becoming a bigger IF than ever, these laws should be overturned. But what a waste of time and effort.

After complaining for so long that liberals were trying to force their beliefs down their throats, which never really happened, here they are trying to force their version of Jesus down ours. The hypocrisy is in-your-face.
