Now, all that said, I found the most interesting site via Hacker News.

Upload your PDF and get a shareable link.

I just tried it and it's not sending a confirmation email.
Oh well. Not everything works great.
But in general no attachments, only links to web pages etc.

IMAGES:
DU software previews MOST images (not tricky URL's)
