I am a believer, but I believe that Biblical literalism and inerrancy has proven to be a massive turn-off not only to thinking believers, but also the general population as well.

As more and more “Bible-based” pseudo-science replaces even half-adequate science education in red-states, American scientific education risks becoming a planet-wide laughing stock and America’s technological lead will go down the crapper, lost to countries with school curricula unencumbered with sectarian (cattle manure).

Yet we're supposed to believe Noah and some of his kids did it in a couple of months.

Yeah, right. 100% believable.

But I've never read or listened to anything he's said. I didn't need to do it to know that the flood is nonsense, because entire libraries negate the claim of the flood.
