"Homeopathy works no better than any other placebo" is not the same as "homeopathy does not produce measurable improvements in outcomes for conditions where mental state is helpful (which is most of them)".
The problem is that, obviously, it's only likely to help if you believe in it, so it can't be fully exploited without lying to people.
I do wonder how much good you could do be explaining clearly to people that homeopathy works not by "water memory" but by the placebo effect, giving them statistics on how well placebos work, and then administering distilled water and a sugar pill with complete honesty.
