A few woos have enough of a sense of humor about themselves (rare, I know) to have seen the DHMO thing as funny, and spread it around as a joke. Since Nancy's Facebook page also has this:
...she's probably in the latter category.
But a willingness to joke a bit aside, I'm pretty sure the rest of her Facebook page and her web site is meant seriously, the usual "natural = good, artificial = bad" woo, with the typical anecdote-based, personal-experience-based, cherry-picking of exaggerated interpretation of isolated studies-based recommendations that this food and that food amazingly accomplish this and that wonderful health goal.
