Oddly enough, they appear to be sort of new-agey themselves. The woman in the New Age Girls video goes by the name Patty Universe.

I can't quite figure out if it's all a big spoof, or if this particular video is just them laughing at themselves.

I think the OP video is them laughing at themselves. Which begs the question, how much of this stuff do they take seriously.

They're a video production company. Maybe they just see this as a profitable niche.

Or maybe they do take it seriously and were just laughing at themselves.

I do have to give them credit for making a very funny video.

The Ojai Foundation is definitely non-mainstream, sort of a cross between a retreat and an intentional community of some sort, but the video is still funny. It shouldn't matter if they're parodying their own culture.
