We had 22 degrees and a blustery wind. Because of the weather, I debated about going to the grocery store early but I decided to go to avoid the crowds later in the week. I chose wind and cold over lines. Bundled up and now I’m glad I’m done.

I went Friday, and have EyeDoc appt tomorrow, so will 'see' how things go.

Tomorrow I pick up the pie and stuffing and put the bird in the oven on Wed. Hoping to get most of the work out of the way early.

We’re going to leave Roanoke Island on Tuesday to head for the Alligator River. If all goes well, we’ll have our Thanksgiving dinner anchored in the Pungo River. The First Mate has a traditional menu planned albeit smaller portions since it’ll be just the two of us.
