Really depressing to look all around you, even some of your supposed friends and think they might, or maybe did, help put this despicable lump of human into our highest office. I didn't know loners was a group - must visit.

It unnerves me to think that, but I'm pretty sure that is the case. We all got along because for the most part there were not all of the divisions we have today. Things were certainly not perfect back then, but now Trump has exploited differences to get into office, he used them.

Fortunately, here in the high desert in NM, I don't see to many of them. More to the point, i don't hear them.

I know that being a hermit makes them a lot easier to deal with--I don't often have to.

waking up on health care around the country. Think of all the women getting into politics. Think of the GOP spread so wide and to the extreme that they can't use their majority in the House to pass the laws they want. Gerrymandering is biting them back. Etc. And, at the end of each day, you can watch comedians on the TV shows that remind us we are all in this resistance together. I know that sometimes when you are hurting you want to 'hit the decks' and lie low while you figure out the suddenly complex world you face. That is okay too.
