Bought two plants, a beautiful red geranium and a lemon verbena. Trying to replace my plants that died when my furnace went out this winter

Went to a yard sale, dropped batteries off at the hardware store for recycling, got some paint for a few furniture projects, vacuumed my car, filled birdfeeders, made a snack for my neighbor's dog when he came for a visit, brought in a few loads of wood.

Their mom is having a tough time with her 3rd (& last, she says) pregnancy so we're giving her and her hubby some couple time. The 4 year old is playing with Lego's and the 7 year old is glued to my iPad as usual playing games. Later the little one and I will go grocery shopping and get pizza.
We had 2 kids and I can't imagine having 3 (you're outnumbered!).

I took a long walk this morning. Now I'm watching the Indians-Orioles game. Planning to go out for dinner, so no cooking tonight! It's been a good day.

Been rebuilding the rock wall around my flower garden (gabion this time), because I boogered my shoulder up again yesterday. Hope to start hauling compost/dirt again tomor.

over 20 percent of players have not defeated the game's first boss, Ludex Gundyr, who appears after around 15 minutes of play.

I live in Arkansas and love to take drives through the state. I took a picture of a waterfall I visited last weekend. It's posted in the photography group (happy pics post, I think) if ya wanna see it.

Went to 'Green Scene' which is a garden event at the Fullerton Arboretum in SoCal. It was a warm one, high 80s here today, even in Long Beach. Found a couple of native plants for the garden--a milkweed that I don't have, and a small salvia (chia). My front yard is all CA natives, so it's fun to find things to plug into the spaces left. Also got some good info from an avocado specialist and bought a little house for native bees to use for their eggs. Then sat under a big tree and ate some lunch before I left. The event is nice as it's not too big to see in an hour or so but many good vendors.

Now just catching up on news online. When it cools off a little I'll go out and see where I can plant the purchases. A nice Saturday!

Spring is finally here!!!!

When my kid was little, a local winery would let him have a taste of all their fruit juices. It made for some really good days and memories. The owners would let us go through the fields and eat the grapes too.

I was born in 80 and my first cassette was Madonna. I thought I was soooo cool in the 80s lol

I had a delicious patty melt with french fries at a local diner my husband and I frequent. I'm now surfing the the web and drinking wine. I did some laundry earlier in the day but that wasn't as much fun.

It's actually one of my less attractive traits cuz I have a dirty pile, a clean pile, and a smells/ looks clean pile.

Now I'm a pro at drinking wine!!!!

I cleaned the bathroom today toilet included. I prefer laundry but to each their own.

I'm also a pro at drinking wine. It looks like I'm in good company.

I've started rewatching "The Mentalist" and am in the last season of "The West Wing".

It was to celebrate the birthday of the leader of our Ethical Culture Society. Nice guy and good folks.

I vacillated on whether to go. I ended up staying home and happy with the decision. Those who attended had a good time and I'm glad for them. I made the right decision for me.
