Dzogchen Practice in Everyday Life

This is a marvelous exposition of the daily practice of Dzogchen, (pr. DzoKchen) Ati Yoga. It is suitable for everyone from the staunch atheist to the most religiously devoted. It represents an emanation of true nature as pragmatic and immediate. It is very simple and easily accessible to anyone anywhere. It is like a lake full of clear Wisdom: you can touch the surface with your finger, immerse your hand, or just jump right in, if you like. The water's fine.

If you have already meditated on the previous Dzogchen material offered here in a series, then this piece may just strike the essential point for you regarding the heart meaning of the Great Perfection and how it naturally emerges for you without effort as you immerse yourself into it and live it in everyday, ordinary life, which is where it is at. If you haven't explored the previous teachings offered here in this group, then this explanation might be a pointer back to them.

Matter is a symbol of energy. Energy is a symbol of emptiness. We are symbols of our own enlightenment.

Oceans of gratitude to Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche for these pearls of Wisdom and to Samaneri Jayasara for her heartfelt recordings and continuing work of spreading Dharma that brings great benefits to beings.

Be Well. Peace Profound.
