Is it a possibility that Trumpanzee is not receiving briefings of national security because he is not cleared to receive them?

and has been offered many more, regular, briefings and sit downs with State Dept officials before phone calls to world leaders.

According to Frau Goebbels (Conway), he has chosen to get his info from "other sources."
